How do i find a hole in a bouncer jumper?

Rub small areas down with very soapy water and push on it,... you should see bubbles wherever air is escaping.

You mean one of those inflatable rubber balls?  

Try mixing some hand dishwashing soap (like Joy) in water and swabbing that on the ball with it fully inflated.   A couple of tablespoonfuls of soap to a pint of water should be enough.
