Depends where you come from....

If you are from Europe then you don't need a permit. Best is to go there and stay with friends for a couple of months and find a job. With your Spanish you can find a horrible job with the call centres to begin with and then look further. You'll make about 900 to 1100 pounds a month. Renting a room is 450 per month minimum. You will spend around 100 pounds on travelling per month. Food is expensive and the last week of the month you'll be starving. Then there is council tax you have to pay each year and all the other bills. Yes, it's a poor life. And everybody in the world thinks we are rich, what a joke....

But if you are from elsewhere then you will need a permit. This is difficult. You will need a job first before actually coming to London. Not easy.

A good tip is to contact airline companies, they have call centres in London....
