they have them at wal-mart...Also, you could download them and print them out on your computer....not sure of an exact site to go to, but just google hand-writing or cursive practice and you could print out individual sheets....good luck

Well I've seen them in Mexico whenever I go visit my grandparents and I know for a fact that kids used them in school around 1st grade because my cousins use them.

The website www.abcteach.com has printable worksheets for handwriting.  They have different types of printing and cursive.  You can pick what you want and print them out.  I think you can design your own worksheet, too.  At least you could a few years ago when I was using it to teach kindergartners to print.
