How do i find free jail mugshots on normal people not celebs?

i dont think you can get them unless there were actually sent to prison. if they were not found guilty and sentenced to prison you cant. i have tried but with no luck. if you find out please message me and let me know.

Try www.blackbookonline.info , it is a free directory to just about anything used to locate a person or check out their background.  (And 99% of the websites referred to are free).

Texas Execution list, has mug shots of all the killers that were executed and are awaiting execution, also has their last statements.

Most counties have an inmate look-up on their Sheriff's office website. You put in the first and last name of the inmate you are looking for and if they are currently in their jail, their mugshot, and charges will come up.
