How do i find info on shaqua twa?

Hi guys,

I have looked on the internet and cant find anything on this particular subject i dont know the correct spelling so im hoping theres someone out there who knows what im talking about "shaka twa" or "shaqua twa" like i said i dont know how to spell it which could be why i cant find anything on it, any ideas would be great
