how do i find the intersection point of two equations on excel?

  1. from equ. 1 let " y=x+4"
    by assume all "y" in equ. 2 by above "x+4"
    then the equ. 2 is equal to 2x + ( x+4) =13
    3x + 4 = 13
    3x = 9 ====> x=3
    ok now assume "3" in equ. "y=x + 4"
    y =3+4 = 7
    then the intersection point is (3,7)
    DONE
