How do i find missing siblings?

My mother's name was delores payne i have 8 or 9 other siblings i have been trying to find them my whole life,but the problem is they were all older then me and probably don;t know who i am my mother when i did finally meet her at 17 she refused to tell me how she adopted my siblings I don;t know how to go about finding the rest of my sibllings.if anyone knows anything please contact me or if anyone recognizes the name DELORES A PAYNE please contact me i would greatly appreciate knowing anything about my siblings or how to go about finding them thank you very much.

If you know there names you can try zaba search.

Might help knowing how old you are, and approximately how old Deloris is.   What state are you in, would also help locate the right person .

Try city records or something such as that.

Or the adoption agency.If your sibilings are over 18,then they should be able to give you more information than they would be able to if they were under 18.
