how do i find my boyfriend if he was arrested and he is not in the county jail but is being held on immigration charges?

  1. If he was released from the county jail they would have the reason why he was released. Such as being turned over to another agency or what have you. Then you have to check with that agency and see where he is at. Or call ICE and see if they know anything.


  2. Wait for him to contact you.  Odds are, if he snuck in the country once, when he's dropped back off in his country of origin, he'll be back in a couple days.  Unfortuantely.

  3. Call your local ICE office. Look online-they only have a few offices in each state. Once the people are taken there, ICE transports them by bus to their native country. If you can't locate ICE, call your local law enforcement office and ask for contact information for ICE-they have those numbers.  

  4. i would think to start with homeland security, ask them how you would find out where someone is being held on immigration charges.

    if you are in southern california, he will be in otay mesa i don't have their phone number but the san diego county jail (george bailey) which is on the same property's number is 619-661-2620

  5. Check in his home country where he belongs
