How do i find my exchange server address and domain name on microsoft outlook?

if you mean to see the settings that have already been entered, just go to Tools > Accounts and "edit" your existing account and view your current settings.  

if you mean that you need to find it to set up an account for the first time, you'll have to contact your IT department.  The exchange server name is set up by the company that you're accessing your mail through and they'll have to provide you with the info.
