How do i find my ip address? and how can i change it .?

I am tring to network my laptop with my desktop computer so both computers can go online at the same time and i don't know how to go about it. Thanks

go to http://www.cmyip.com to know what your ip address is also u dont need to change it because everytime u turn the laptop/computer off and then on u automatically have a new ip address. hope this helped bye

Go to ur internet connection properties not explorer then open tcp/ip properties and their u can view/change ur ip address

google find my IP address and there's a site that'll tell you.  and it's impossible to change it, so don't bother

Go to http://whatismyip.com/ to obtain you I.P address. I'm not to sure how to make them both Compatible but I'm guessing you have to have a joint network which should be on your network connections

Incorrect you can change it. In fact some ips auto change. I think any dial computer (if anyone uses dial-up anymore) ips change every time you sign in to the internet.
