How do i find neverland on the world map on kingdom hearts 1?

i can't find neverland and have tried to by going to halloween town from antlantica or halloweent town to atlatica but i just keep going between them 2 worlds. I did encounter the ship before completing atlantica but didn't land and now can't fnd the ship at all. Does Halloween town HAVE TO BE COMPLETED?

Head for the last remaining world on the map. This is Neverland, where people never get older.  Well, on the way to Neverland, you get captured by Captain Hook himself, and you have to find your way out.

actually yes you do have to complete holloween town to continue

all worlds except for maybe hundred acre wood have to be completed to finish the game...after halloween town is finished i'm pretty sure you'll find neverland

yeah i guess it does but Halloween town is the most fun level of them all
