How do i find out about a past ambassador?

Question

All i know about my grandfather, is that he used to be an ambassador in Argentina., and that he MIGHT go by the last name Bonnet, since that was my fathers.

I'd like to know more about my grandfather, and asking my father is NOT an option.

I tried looking myself, however, i dont know what type of ambassador he was or for which country, i mean, its almost impossible to find, right?

Any help out there?

how may you find him? if you do not tell his country of origin ?

i checked , and he was not representing the US .

where was your grand-father from ? or a citizen of which country ?
