How do i find out about courier contracts that are open for tender?

Depends on what type of contract (who for and type of cargo).. Some are listed in the classifieds, most are either available from the trade publications, web sites etc.  For your company to do the hauling for another company or for you to work for a courier company?

Need more info as to the type to get more specific.

Bank ones are usually kept pretty closed to outsiders.  In my area they were offered to companies and either you bid or not.  The banks did the choosing for the release of the tenders as to who could bid.  I used to do one that stated no company colours, vehicle was to be unmarked, routing had to be varied etc.
