How do i find out about vidoes servaillence in shopping mall parking area?

At some malls they look like 1/2 globes.  Security guards who monitor the cameras often practice profiling and watch specific individuals more closely than others.  However, if there is a problem such as a break-in, the cameras inside are also frequently set on autopilot and they could be pointed anywhere, at any time, with the tape being replayed.

They will not give you this information unless you are involved in a crime on their lot. Or if you are a police officer with a warrant to retrieve any tape information.

Unless you are working for mall security or the local or state police departments you do not need to have access to any information regarding shopping mall security.

i guess u ask the security in the mall they usually have tapes of each area especially the parking as i imagine most crimes r committed there.take care chow 4 now.Mella.

get an icom r3 radio that fits in palm of your hand and you can actually see the hidden cameras on the screen within range.

I would ask at the mall office if they have protective video surveillance cameras. Chances are if you are on the up side, they will tell you truthfully. No one likes getting ripped off during the holidays.

Go to the mall security team. They usually have an open station in the center of the mall.  If something happened outside and you are thinking of involving the police call the police non emergency number and ask what you need.  I don't think they will just let you see it without a police report

Look up at the buildings and light poles and see if they have any cameras. Odds are they do.
