An actor who also works for Disney has a blog website for aspiring actors to do not have agents. It has all the information you need if you would like to submit for acting roles for Disney Channel, as well as information on how your resume should look, and the addresses to send them to for certain Disney Channel movies/tv shows you would like to audition for. Also numbers 5 through 13.

Singing, dancing and acting auditions for

"High School Musical: 20 Year Reunion" (#14)

will be held Sept 27, 2008 for children ages birth-to-one-year, but they are only open to actual offspring of original cast members.  Break a leg!

I'm  not sure if there is gonna be one but i think you should try for camp rock 2 or any other Disney musical type things. with that being said find an agent or go to Hollywood for audition opportunities.

Also You will need to know how to dance, sing, and act. ALL three. =) (The dancing is  harder than it looks.)
