For any of the items not available to ship to AU, you may want to look into a parcel forwarding company like BongoUS.com

They will set you up with a US address so that you can buy items in the states and consolidate them at a warehouse before paying to ship them to AU.

When items aren't available for shipment to Australia, it's made clear on Amazon. I was looking for something a few weeks ago and it was obvious that it wasn't available outside North America. I think if you actually got to the order stage it would tell you again and Amazon wouldn't process the order.
