How do i find out the people on my xboxlive friends list without going on my friends list?

i want to find out a friends xbox gamertag and put him on a friends list because my brothers is in utah with the xbox that has the account that has the person im looking fors name on it can you help plezz?

if person B is person A's friend on live, go to person A's gamertag display and where it says view bio and such it should say view friends and maybe you can find person B there
