How do i find out what brand my boat is?

look on the registration all boats must be registered with there states and country offices.  If it is a manufactured or built by a boat manufacture, the boat will have a serial number on the transom and on the bow and it will be written on the registration, the one the boat builder was required to file when the boat was built.

If you can't find the boat maker on the boat itself, the HIN number--usually found on the upper right of the transom (back) will give you an idea.  the first 2-3 letters of a HIN are specific to the boat maker.  It depends on the age of the boat.  some boats 30 or more years old were not given HINs.
