How do i find out what the demand for a business i want to open is?

i know its not a hot time to start a business, but i was wanting to start an 'on the side job' business for coming up with slogans and catch phrases for new companies or companies that need change. how do i find out what the demand would be for this in my area? i live in the central valley in california.

  1. If it's not a lot of money involved , just jump in there and do it.

    I started my business that way. 28 yrs. ago.

    A lot of people borrow a lot of money. Their setting themselves up for failure.

    If your good at managing money ( laying some back for the hard times)  Then do it.
