0800 0845 0870 are non-geographic numbers (ghost numbers) They are numbers used to conceal an underlying number. They are usually used by call centres that do not accept in-coming calls. Benefits of these numbers are that they make money everytime someone calls them. My advice. Dont call them. Let them call you!!!!!! Hope you find out who they are.. Good luck.
