  1. the electorial register

  2. Checkout www.landregistronline.gov.uk. It costs £3 to download the information, and you need to have Adobe reader installed on your computer. It gives the link.

I don't think the Electoral Roll will give you what you want to know. That would only show the residents, presumably the tenants, if they haven't elected to keep their details out of the public domain.

I assume you are in the UK, so it's no good going to your Town Hall or County Courthouse. The only department holding the information is the Land Registry.

  3. The Land registry office, you can do it on line, but it will cost you about £6 to get the owners name and address

  4. Electrical regesiter

    police

  5. yes...the Electoral Register which they have copies of at your local library..probably in the Local Studies room.  also the Land Registry might be another way.

  6. contact the inland revenue land registry  do a deeds search  you will find it there the electoral roll will only tell u who lives there

  7. Your county courthouse should have the information you are looking for.  They have listings of who owns all property in the county.  They have to keep records of this so they know who is or isn't paying property taxes.

  8. Puffed out is bang on.

    Head for the Town Hall.
