Go to the biggest library you can find in your area and ask someone in the reference section.

You will not be allowed to take the books away with you but you can make notes. All types of statute law should be here in some form or another.

To find individual past cases you may have to contact solicitors to see if they can help advise you on any publications or a university that may use past cases for study purposes.
