well...it depends on what site that webpage is on...if you can get in contact with that person via instant message or telephone..etc, you can ask them for their URL. This is a direct link to that persons page

A personal web page? Go to google.com and enter their name in the search engine. Or did you mean - yahoo answer and questions profile? Just click on their name.

Or did you mean yahoo profile page? Search the member directory.
