Once you have the post code you can find the street (off the net) and door knock to find the person you're looking for...

Write a letter to that person using only the post code and place it in an envelope. Inside you'll also place a small gps transmitter. After u mail the letter, you follow the gps signal with an appropriate device and thus u can find out where the envelope ended. Just be ready to take a long trip, if necessary!!!
