How do i find somone witht he email address?

i have the eniter email address and it is a yahoo but it is not showing up in the member directory

That's because they either haven't created a profile, or they have their profile set to private.  

You can try:  http://profiles.yahoo.com/  and type in what you think their user name might be after the last slash.  If you're correct, and if they have a profile, it'll show up even if they're not listed in the member directory.
