How do i find the duration of my policy from my health insurance card? the policy number? Details please.?

Ditto what Mike said.  I have found that many of our insurance companies we offer through work do not list the effective date on the card.  Best bet is to call the Member Services # for the insurance company, or check with your HR rep.

You won't usually fit it there.

You will need to contact the agent (if there is one) or call the company direct; their number will usually be on the back of the ID card.
