How do i find the grip size on my tennis racket?

i'm not a serious tennis player and i'm trying to sell this racket on craigslist and someone is asking me what grip size it is... how do i measure that?

  1. look at the bottom of the racket in a corner.


  2. Look around the racket. There should be a number. Like: 4 1/2. Or something. If you can't find it, Just measure the circumferance of the grip and tell the buyer what it is.

  3. On the bottom of your grip, there will be a sign of the brand of the racket. Look around, it should be near it, mine is 4!

  4. There might be a small round sticker on the throat (the v region) of the racquet which might say 4 1/4 or 4 3/8, etc.

    If not you could probably just use a measuring tape and get the value. It's always a value in inches.
