How do i find the history of my computer?

It depends, which internet browser are you using, its different with each one (mostly.  Also, do you mean for the internet or for actually files, etc?  answer those questions and I could tell you how.

Ctrl-h will show you all the sites you have visited. It only goes back as far as the settings in your options.
