How do i find the newspapers printed agers ago? Brisbane Australia?

I wont to find my grandfather in the newspaper. He was put on front cover. And a lady told him that he was the front cover. The newspaper was printed for the "Paniyiry". He was working there. I think it was local newspaper at Brisbane. My grandfathers name is Nick Panagopoulos. It was printed like 30-20 years ago. Please help.
