Although Georgia Southern University has an International Studies program, unfortunately, their database does not list any speakers of Tagalog.

So I think your best bet is to learn on your own.  You can get beginning lessons in Tagalog at this Web site: http://www.tagalog1.com/

Or, look in your public library.  Many libraries carry CD's with language instruction that you can borrow for free.  The Georgia Southern library also might have disks like that.
