How do i fix a lie ?

I know im not alone on this. i know many people in this world have told their own lies. well heres mys tory.

I met a guy. just wanted some fun. so We did. but i fell for him.we have been actually dating now (i never meant to fall for him).

the problem is. because i wanted a no strings to start with. i sort of 'created' my own life. lied about my age. lied about my past. didnt want things stuck into it. Never thought it would matter. (i now know honesty is best policy) But i really want to stay with this guy.

I know telling him the truth is the best idea. and i will do it. i just want to know if anyone has any ideas on how to tell him and get him to still want to be with me.

Well, you have to bite the bullet and tell him.

There is no guarantee that he will stay with you but you were playing games and fell hard for him.

Maybe this relationship was about you learning a lesson about honesty.

If the relationship is meant to be, there is nothing that can stop it.

Something similar happened to me, except that I was the guy on the receiving end of this.  Why do girls lie about all this stuff?  I can't figure it out.  As if I wouldn't still like them for who they are!  Gah!

Yeah, you gotta tell him the truth, ASAP.  And tell him your sorry, and tell him why you did it.  But I won't lie to you: when she did it to me, it was a blow.  I never quite trusted her the same again.  I mean, if she could lie about all that, what else might she be lying about?  But the longer you go on like this, the worse it'll be when he finds out.  And if you're together long enough, he's bound to find out eventually.

Look, the longer you wait, the worse it will be.  Get off the computer and give this guy a call, right NOW.  Just tell him everything you've told us:  tell him you're ashamed and sorry and wish you had never done it.  Tell him everything you've lied about, not just what he may catch you for later.  Be 100% totally honest.  Tell him some guy on the internet told you to tell him this stuff, if you want.

What are you waiting for?  Courage?  You don't need courage.  You just need a dial tone and a few numbers.  The rest you just tell him as you go.

What I said still stands.  It won't be any easier a week from now.  The longer it goes on, the more betrayed he'll feel.  And as a side note, you should never give up your friends for your guy.  No decent guy would expect or want that from you.  Sounds like you may owe some apologies to your friends as well...

You tell him exactly that ... AT FIRST YOU DIDN'T THINK YOU WOULD LIKE HIM THE WAY YOU DO ... BUT NOW YOU DO AND TELL HIM YOUR AGE AND EVERYTHING ELSE YOU LIED ABOUT .

WELL SOMETHINGS YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL HIM .... BUT THE THINGS YOU COULD GET CAUGHT .. YOU SHOULD ...
