How do i fix a ps3 that when i stick a disc in and it either doesnt start wont read it opr freezes

You need to call Sony. They will send you a box so you can pack up your PS3 and send it back to them. They should fix it for free and send it back. It normally takes about a week to get it back after you send it. Pretty fast service really.

call sony, im guessing the only way to fix it is to brake it open and fix the disk reader, which you wouldnt want to do because i know that it probably wont work.

that happned to me and i called sony, they said i have to send it to them,you should too
