How do i fix my bicycle crank?

my bike has been have some problems with the crank see it started with a loud squeek whn i peddled on the left side, now my peddles are real lopsided and wobblie...how do i fix it???

You should probably take it to a bike shop and have them check the bottom bracket. It can get pretty messy down there and on some bikes there is a need for a special tool. Should be a quick and easy fix for them. If you are dead set on doing it yourself... I would follow this link...
