How do i fix my computer so that Netflix Instant Play works?

problem is not harddrive space, as i have ten gigs

problem IS write protection: the folders the Netflix Instant Play is writing to are set as read-only

i can't fix it because i don't know what folders Netflix Instant Play writes to.

so, does anyone know what folders Netflix Instant Play writes to, so that i can change their permissions?

i was on the phone, on hold, but my cell phone battery died, and i cannot find my charger, otherwise i would just be asking them.

btw it's Media Error 3005

You can try going to "Add and Remove Programs" and un-install Netflix.  Then download and install it again.

I had no problem when I installed it to my PC.
