How do i fix my dvd player im having so much trouble with it working the way its supposed to?

i was watching a movie and it like acted like it was completly scratched up

is thier something i can do to fix this problem ?

You can take the top off and clean the lens with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol.

run a laser lense cleaner through it - if that doesnt fix it then its time to take it in or get a new one.
