How do i fix my freespace?

Question

i did a system restore and it used up my free space and i fixed it but how do i lower my used space is there a way i can what freeware software should i use and this is what my free space and used space is

my free space is 18,483,183,616 bytes 17.2GB

and my used space is 11.522,605,056 bytes 10.7GB

my capacity is 30,005,788,672 bytes 27.9GB

is that normal or bad ?

Is normal... Unless your PC is super slow...

But if you want to get junk out of your PC, well stuff you don't use or need...
