my opal mp3 wont let me put songs on it but i can put songs on it at my dads house installed the disk.

  1. install the disk at your computer and try. If it doesnt help, then try reformatting by going to my computer, right clicking the mp3 and press format(this will delete all files on your mp3 but kind of resets it.
