do you mean the actual moniter is upside down or just the display?

if its the display try installing the drivers for your moniter or graphics card again

This is a video card issue.  If you've got an ATI or Nvidia video card, you can use their driver utility to fix this problem.  There is always some kind of "orientation" setting in these utilities. Yours is screwed up somehow. Sometimes, instead of "orientation" there will just be an option to "rotate display 90 degrees".  This is just as good. Just keep rotating until it is right-side up.

There is also a possibility that it is your monitor itself that is causing the problem.  Some monitors also have "orientation" settings. If your monitor has a menu that you can access, you can try rotating the display that way as well.

First, I lean all the way till my head is upside down. Then I right click and rotate the screen back to normal. Takes some hand-eye coordination.
