How do i fix my "open" neon sign? When I pull the chain switch it only flashes once and doesn't stay on.

I already replaced the pull chain switch but it seems to be doing the same thing. Has anyone encountered this problem before? If so, how can i go about fixing this?

If a Neon sign is like a Fluorescent light, you need to replace the Starter unit or transformer as in the case for a Neon light.
