Question:

How do i fix my running?

according to everyone who sees me run, i run strangely, like with my head a little more forward and kind of like im leaning in.

i think its a little easier to run this way, but probably isn't the correct way of doing it.

is this a common thing for people to run this way, and how do i fix it to run properly?

  1. I have seen people run like this before and all of them don't have proper shoes. Shoes are a big deal in running and can determine if you are running correctly. Go to a good shop and then ask what running shoes will be good for you, if new shoes don't work then try just straightening out and getting into the habit to run straight even if it is harder.
