How do i fix my viewsat problem??....

ok so im kinda new at this im trying to download the loader and it wont let me or maybe im not doing it right i dont know im so lost....can someone tell me what are the programs i need on my computer so that everytime my signal falls i can update and fix it so i can watch my channels again. to my understanding i need like a winzip program..am i correct? but what other programs are needed? and how do i download a "loader"
