  1. if the holes are small, buy some Spackle at the  hardware store.  cover the holes with the Spackle.  once it dries, just sand lightly and the holes should be filled in so you can paint.

small holes are not hard to fix... if you get to Lowes or Home Depot and ask them they'll be happy to get you some stuff to fix it and it'll cost less than $20-30.

    ;-)

    No worries.

  3. buy some patching compound. a quart is about 3 bucks. spread it on, let dry, might take a few coats. sand when dry and prime & paint.

  4. Get some white polyseam caulking and a hand caulking gun and just squirt them full.......when we didn't have anything else we use to put white toothpaste in them.......just depends how many and how big.........you can even buy polyseam in little white tupes and squirt it in that way.......it works very nice ......if the hole is a little big just stuff toilet paper in it and fill with the polyseam......sometimes if they are too big just wait and add to the hole.

  5. buy some spackle and plug the holes and then paint over it. costs may vary buy probly fairly inexpensive

  6. It is very easy and cheap to do and don't be afraid. Just get some joint compound (same as Spackle) and a nice taping knife which is a nice tool with a wide flat piece of metal that you use to make the compound flat with. The best sand paper to use is the black stuff that looks like mesh with small open square holes. And if that scares you think of it this way: If you don't get it right, it will wash off with water so long as you have not hit it with paint yet. Joint compound is very cheap, so is the knife.

  7. go to ehow.com and they will give you step by step instruction with videos and pictures on how to complete your projects!

  8. buy a can of spackle to cover over the holes after you have covered over the holes sand lightly then paint over them.it will cosy you for the small container of spackle and the sand paper all together about 4.98 good luck.

  9. spackle

    sand

    paint

it's a 3 step process. go to home depot. (or lowes) the materials wont cost alot

  10. spakle its cheap

  11. you can fix them yourself for under $10.

Get a small container of wall putty, found at any hardware store...you use it to fill the holes.

You can get a cheap metal wall spatula at the dollar store... OR use something with a flat edge from around the house

    AND get a sanding sponge.

Now fill the holes with the putty, use the metal wall spatula or flat edged item and scrape off any excess over the holes so that it's flat..

If you are painting over top of it all, you'll need to sand the places that you'v filled.

If and when painting, make sure you prime those spots, or they will show through the paint.

    Hope that helped!

  12. I love these questions-somehow you kids seem to get through the Byzantine complexities of the Computer but you cannot fix a hole in the wall. OK, buy some plastering compound at a local Home Depot, its' the huge, orange, ugly box store somewhere in your community. Get a wide bladed putty knife while you are at it and some form of hand sanding device with which to flatten the really hard goop that results after your finished for about 24 hr. Pack it in there like there is no tomorrow and sand it down later. The big flat thing with a rubber pad, hopefully, is the thing that the sanding medium is attached to. Put it on and 'wax on and wax off' until the desired results are achieved.
