Its pretty impossible to fix it. I had one for 3 months and the keys cracked already, Sony Ericsson already knows they've made a flaw with this phone. Many comsumers complaint about the keys cracking. Like the post above, if you want to fix it then buy a new one. Just be a bit more gentle with the phone ;)

You MIGHT be able to buy a keypad itself online for your W580i and you could get that replaced but I'm not sure if they have it online.
