  1. If the mirror closes automatically on request then you may need to  just lubricate the hinge. Use a bit of vaseline for this.

    If the mirror is to be closed manually then it will click because it is coming over its fulcrum point. You could also put vaseline on its hinge to make it a little quieter if this is the case. Good luck. h
