How do i fix this error on my blackberry curve? Details inside...?

That is what application loader(desktop manager) says when i try to load an application from my computer. I have already updated the destop manager to the newest version and that did not fix the issue??

Any ideas?

Can you click "add" at the top? Does it continue to say that?

If so, you need to find out which version of the OS you have by going to Options > About on your PHONE.

It will list on the 3rd line, "v4.x.x.x." something. Write this down.

Then, go to your carrier's website and search for their blackberry software downloads and download the operating system that matches this. Once you download, run it from your PC which will install it there. That should clear it up.
