Question:

How do i fix this mess i call my life?

Basically everything in my life seems to be going wrong and only gets worse over time. how does everyone else get over this feeling of doom. Do i wait for things to get better over time or do i take charge? If i should take charge then how should i do that. You could use examples from your own life if you want. It may help me get a better understanding of where your coming from.

  1. I know that people go through hard times, but you have to take a step back and look at your life. There are more positive things than negative, no matter how bad it looks. I know the "what if" and "probably will" were huge doom thoughts of mine. Something would go wrong, and then the other and then I would think, what if ... happened and can anything else go wrong it probably will happen. You just have to take those negative "I am doomed to disaster" thoughts and turn them into something positive. Yes the world could end tomorrow. It "could" Maybe, can I stop it, no. So what's the point in worrying. What will happen when I die? Anything. So you do what you think is right so maybe when you do go, it will be to the place of choice. What more can you do than your best? You have to take charge of your life. You have to take the time out and really think about all the amazing things you do have, and not the bad. You are in control of you, and you can't let these outside things make you any less than what you can be. Okay? I always tell everyone, everything will be alright, because I believe everything will be alright. So, don't worry, everything will be alright! I hope I helped! Bye!

    The way you perceive yourself is what your life is

    Another person with the same set of challenges, could view your(their own) life in a completely different way

    If you had the perfect life and its become less perfect, then it may seem like the wheels are falling off completely

    take control of your life and work on the things that are not the way you want them to be, nobody is going to do it for you.  

    I did not like that I was overweight, so I decided I would train like an olympic athlete and be completely focussed on achieving great physical fitness.  by dedicating myself to this completely, I achieved my goals.  when I have complete focus on one thing, I usually do it very well.  Not much good for a life balance though!

    Its hard to give you an answer because you have been very general and there is no indication of your age and the magnitude of your problems


  3. You havent told us what is actually wrong with your life, but its better to take a take charge attitude, unless there is good cause to wait for something to develop.

  4. well tell em about it. trust me if i tell you about mine you will feel much better. everyoneis going go through s--t in life its just that you have to take the first and right step in order t ostart the cycle to get in the right direction
