How do i fix this .net 2.0 Framework Error? "package could not be opened"?

"The installation package or a needed file could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and you can access it."

try to re download it. if that dosnt work there should be somthing u can click on in the error to fix the probleme. it should let you download the missing plugin.

Hi Bonquessha:  I had this same problem in here last week with those same items. I went to help and support in the Microsoft web site!  I can't tell you how I got it changed. I don't remember how I did it. They have news groups were you can ask for help on particular subjects about your computer!

It means you probably have an old version of Windows Mobile 6 or any version of WM 5 or 2003. You need to upgrade. The CAB or EXE file or programme you are trying to run is not compatible with your software on your device.
