How do i fix wireless desktop?

My desktop is wireless, i was just on my comp just talkin to sum friends on aim n a message popped up saying network cable unplugged n it kicks me off of aim n i cant load anything on the internet, so i got to my network connections n i try to repair the wirelss networl connection but ikt wont it said it cant find wireless connection but when i search for a wireless connection it finds my router n i connect it shows i have 4 bars but it still doesnt give me internet help please

try going to a wifi place, yeah its wierless internet

if that dosent work try using a modem cable setup thingy for at least a miniute

ten go to your nearest sprint , phone store or  any tecnoligy store NOT TOYS R US GAME AREA , NOT NINTENDO GAME STORE

Check your router and make sure it is connecting to the Internet.  just because you get to the router does not mean your ISP is currently providing access.  Most routers have a light to indicate they have successfully connected to the internet - remember the router is just a "middle-man" between you and your internet connection.
