How do i fixed my crashed computer?

Well, whenever i turn in my computer, the fan starts blowing really hard and the screen just wont turn on. neither does the mouse or the keyboard. I have windows XP and an acer computer

Unplug it.  Get a watch time it.  Give it at least 30 seconds for the capacitors to completely drain.  Then, plug it back in and try to boot up.
