How do i found out what processors for compatible with my motherboard?

I have a Medion Titanium MD8383 Motherboard, i have just upgraded the RAM so i have 2.5GBs of RAM and wanted to upgrade the processor so i can get things running more faster. But how can i found out what processors can go into my computer?

  1. Intel Pentium 4 is what you need.


  2. Find out the socket type with CPU-Z:

    http://www.cpuid.com/

    I'm pretty sure the MD8383 is a socket 478, meaning you won't be able to go Dual-Core. Sorry.
